STACY McFARLAND - YOUR REALTOR!

      In 1999, Stacy met her future husband, Derek McFarland, at a junior college in West Texas, married, and set up housekeeping in the beautiful Austin Hill Country. One bachelors degree in Business Administration from Texas State University in San Marcos and an exhilarating daughter (Avree) later, the McFarland family continues living happily in the Hill Country.

   Derek's excitement and love for real estate brought Stacy into the real estate industry. They soon discovered that as busy Realtors, it was difficult to keep up with all the industry changes. Stacy works closely with brokers, other agents, loan officers, title companies, and other organizations to ensure that she knows or knows where to find the answers to clients' questions. This also allows her to keep up with the constant changing trends in today's real estate world.

   As a young, healthy, and skilled Realtor, Stacy is extremely future-focused.  She keeps her clients for the long-haul. Real Estate is an industry that requires continual focus and go-go-go to meet clients' real needs, and Stacy is the Realtor that meets these expectations. Her attention to detail was honed by her legal experience of over 9 years. Although 2008 was a slow year for some, Stacy found that with hard work, she was able to close more than one deal a month. In fact, every contract that she executed in 2008 closed.

   Outside of real estate, Stacy enjoys the healthy lifestyle Austin offers. Whether it is jogging around Town Lake, taking Avree for a stroll around the neighborhood, working out at Zilker Park, or fishing on Lake Austin with Derek, she treasures it all.
